A comprehensive plan to innovate democracy in Europe
The European Partnership for Democracy's new publication, "A comprehensive plan to innovate democracy in Europe", brings together the expertise and recommendations from 48 civil society organisations, including the European Youth Forum, and aims to provide input for the creation of the new European Democracy Action Plan.
The paper underlines how the EU and Member States can strengthen and protect democracy in Europe, through the Action Plan, including a section on youth, based on our recently published study on "Safeguarding civic space for young people in Europe" and previous policies and publications on participation.
