Build Your Pool of Trainers!
Some call it a Pool of Trainers (PoT), others call it a Resource Network, but in general it is a group of trainers working together for the benefit of an organisation. This toolkit does not attempt to be the perfect guideline for how to set up a Pool of Trainers, but rather to give National Youth Councils and International Youth NGO's a helping hand in setting up their own PoT (or making the decision not to set one up) and in this way help them to expand their capacity.
