Diversity and Inclusion Guidelines

As a network of youth organisations, we must ensure that our actions and organisations are representative of all young people and their diverse needs, interests and challenges. The Expert Group on Membership, Diversity and Inclusion worked to develop these Diversity and Inclusion Guidelines in 2019. We hope that this document serves as an inspiration, provides concrete ideas, and supports further work towards inclusion.
