The National Youth Forum of Andorra (Fòrum Nacional de la Joventut d’Andorra – FNJA) is the official platform representing young people and youth organisations in Andorra. Founded in 2005, the Forum promotes youth participation in public life, advocates for youth rights, and acts as a key interlocutor between young people and institutions.
As an independent, youth-led and non-partisan body, the FNJA works to amplify the voices of young people and ensure that their perspectives are included in decision-making processes at the national and international levels. It brings together a diverse range of youth organisations and individuals to debate, collaborate and build common positions on key issues affecting youth.
The Forum plays an active role in shaping public policy, notably through its involvement in the development and implementation of the National Youth Plan of Andorra (2022–2026) and consultations on issues such as housing, education, mental health and Andorra’s relationship with the European Union.
The FNJA also serves as a bridge between Andorran youth and international platforms, representing the country in spaces such as the Council of Europe, the European Youth Forum, and various regional cooperation initiatives. Through its work, the Forum fosters a culture of democratic engagement, inclusion and empowerment among Andorran youth
